Jimmy brings a strong background in player development, with previous academy coaching experience working at both Milton Keynes Dons and Swindon Town in recent seasons. He has also spent the past 18 months working with the Windsor & Eton Women’s team, helping guide them to back-to-back promotions in consecutive campaigns. Alongside this, Jimmy has worked with the Windsor & Eton Under 16’s side, playing a key role in their recent league success.
