Match Report
After an impressive opening day victory over Hillingdon, our Under 18’s looked to build upon that victory against a strong Harrow Borough side at Stag Meadow. In a closely contested first half we more than matched our visitors but trailed by a goal to nil going in at the break. The side conceded a second goal early in the 2nd half and then had a mountain to climb when Oli Bach was sent off for two bookable offences. But, to their credit, the boys’ heads didn’t drop against a very good Harrow side, however the visitors really exploited their advantage by adding a further two goals in the final 20 mins. In summary, it was no disgrace losing to a good Harrow side especially as we had matched them for the first 45 mins. Plenty of positives and we move onto Langley away next Thursday 28th Sept.
