Windsor & Eton bounced back from two defeats to get a 2-2 draw away at Halesowen but should have come away with more.
After a disappointing Christmas the Royailists were looking to get their league season back on track and soon took it to their hosts.
A good start saw lots of Windsor pressure with Michael Chennells just beaten to the ball by Mark Smith and Fiston Manuella turning David Pearce's free kick wide of the post.
Des[ite the pressure it was Halesowen who took the lead with their first real attack when Justin Clayton sent Ruben Izquibrdo tumbling in the box and Justin Nisbett converted the resulting penalty.
Windsor continued to pile on the pressure until half time but couldn't fin a way through.
The second half saw a tentative start from both sides but it was Halesowen that should have extended their lead when a mistake from Chris Owens allowed Izquibrdo through but his effort was spilled wide bu Bullivant.
Chennells then came lose to levelling the scores when he shot across goal and just wide of the post, but it was only a matter of time before the Royalists got the goal they deserved.
It finally came on 54 minutes when Pearce fired low across the box for Jake Parsons to tap the ball into the net.
Windsor continued to press and eventually got themselves in front on 76 minutes when a Bullivant free kick from deep in his own half was only cleared to the edge of the area where Parsons fired a shot just under the bar and in.
The match should have all been over a couple of minutes later when Manuella got on the end of Leon Soloman's corner but turned the ball wide.
Halesowen managed to grab an equaliser in the last ten minutes when Izquibrdo managed to turn Clayton before beating Bullivant low down.
