Windsor & Eton were denied a second straight league win when the lights went out for the second time on 65 minutes.
Windsor had the better of the early chances, the best of which saw Dave Pearce denied by a reaction save by David Elm.
Bashley came close to taking the lead on 20 minutes when Mark Gamnle got on the end of Jack Smith's free kick but a combination of David Woozley and Rob Bullivant kept the ball out.
But Woozley then came close at the other end when his header was somehow cleared off the line from a Jake Parsons corner.
As the half drew to a close both keepers did well to keep the scores level.
As the players came out for the second half they were plunged into darkness as the lights went out.
After a break of 40 minutes the lights were back on with the problem seemingly sorted.
Windsor finally took the lead when Michael Chennells' cross was met by Paul Robinson for what should have been his club goal.
But the match was finally abandonded on 65 minutes when the lights went again and it was deemed fixing the problem would take too long and the clubs would have to play again.
The match has been rescheduled for Tuesday 25th January 2011.
